Each inhaler has a glass and metal liner. A replaceable cotton wick can is added to the glass liner, and essential oil is added. The cotton absorbed the oils, then you put the metal top back. Finally, you pop on the cap so you can easily carry it in your pocket or purse.
 
Essential oils shine when used for inhalers. The sense of smell is the most powerful we have and it has a profound impact on our emotions, moods and even on some physical issues. One of my favorite ways to use essential oils is for stuffy noses from colds or seasonal allergies.
