Herb Blend: Garam Masala Spice Blend
 
The flavor of Indian foods is often achieved with Garam Masala. Like many spice blends, the name doesn't mean that each blend is exactly the same. Families blend their own Garam Masala so you could find variations from one house to the next.
 
This is a nicely balanced, classic flavored blend. Use it in quantities called for in Indian and Middle Eastern food recipes. It contains no salt, so you can add salt if desired to the food. Pairs well with garlic and onions, or with asafoetida if you are allergic to allums.

Organic cardamom, organic cinnamon, organic cloves, organic cumin seed, organic white pepper, and organic coriander seed. Salt free!
