Loose Wormwood Herb, Witchy Herbs, Wormwood for Magick, Wormwood for Spells, Witch's Herb Wormwood

Most famous for it's use in making Absinthe, Wormwood is a vermifuge. And that means people used to use in the early 20th century as a dewormer. It was used on the troops in World War 1. And in fact, Absinthe was originally created using Wormwood and Anise and given to the troops for that very purpose. They soldiers even got s sugar ration to help combat the intensely bitter taste of the Wormwood.

Today Wormwood is used in Absinthe still, and by some herbalists as a bitter agent. In witchcraft, it's use is wide and filled with variety. Spells for protection, for invoking, for reversal and defense and for luck and money - all can be found using Wormwood.

Wormwood is one of the "Witching Herbs". These are highly sacred and used in many spells. Like it's cousin Mugwort, it is sacred to Samhain and used in a variety of magick.
